The Project goal
Our goal was to create a community where young people could come and play basketball throughout the month of August. Using basketball as our vehicle we aimed to raise the level of self-esteem of all those who attended and increase their levels of self-motivation. As this was an Olympic year, we used this very special time to instill what being an Olympian is all about and how we can all be Olympians in our own right by setting goals that suit us.
