Music 4 The Soul Project Overview
The Music 4 The Soul Project delivered a range of creative and music workshops to support young people to develop their creative skills, improve their confidence, and engage with the communities to make impacting changes through social action.
The project helped to develop the health and well-being of young people through music workshop facilities, music production, lyric/songwriting, and skills. The skills developed will help them to progress in their education and enter/reintegrate into sustainable employment.
Young People were supported with a personalised plan to identify barriers to employment, literacy and numeracy, IT, interpersonal skills, and health.
What the Music 4 The Soul programme achieved
The programme achieved the following:
- Created an environment in which individual differences and the contributions of all our beneficiaries/staff/volunteers are recognised and valued.
- Offered training, development, and progression opportunities to young people encouraging and supporting them to achieve their potential.
- Young people demonstrated changes they have made to their lives through having increased self-confidence.
- Young people improved employability, entrepreneurial skills, increased social skills and wellbeing.
